from Rhea. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the
shipping date to return your order.

Returns are always on us. To make it easy, your return label is already
included in the box. Simply attach it to your package and drop it off at your
nearest DHL location.

Please ensure that all returned items are unused, in their original packaging,
and include all original tags.

We offer free shipping on all
orders of €200 and above. For orders below €200, shipping costs are
calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard delivery usually takes around 1-4 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, pls sign up for your product and you will get a notification.
