Daily ritual.
My daily ritual is probably taking a moment throughout the day to enjoy a moment of silence.
Midst of all the noise around me, the music in my ear, and constant interaction with people, I am able to reconnect with my center by embracing the sound of nothing.
Flow.
In my creative process of making music, I feel the most connected to my flow when I am truly alone and undisturbed — which is usually in the late afternoon / evening hours.
Only then am I able to really reflect on what impressions I had throughout the day / week. I am lucky to have the possibility to always be in different and unusual surroundings, allowing myself to constantly be inspired by people and environments.

There are a lot of people that I find inspiring, but mostly I find women that have technical skills in music or any other craftsmanship inspiring.
To be honest, any creative that has had the courage to build a life around their craftsmanship and passion, is someone who can inspire me.
